Until the clinic is open and an appointment is expressly confirmed by MYVET Marbella, no veterinary service, consultation, treatment, appointment or pre-booking should be considered guaranteed.
Opening dates, service availability, appointment availability and clinic information may be updated at any time.
6. Contact and pre-booking requests
Users may contact MYVET Marbella or submit pre-booking requests through the forms available on the website.
Submitting a form does not automatically confirm an appointment.
An appointment or pre-booking will only be considered confirmed when MYVET Marbella expressly confirms it by email, telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or another communication method used by the Clinic.
Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact details. MYVET Marbella will not be responsible if it cannot respond to or confirm a request because the information provided by the user is incorrect, incomplete or outdated.
7. Free First Consultation
Where offered, the Free First Consultation is a launch offer subject to the following conditions:
it is limited to one free first consultation per pet per family;
it applies only during the launch period;
it requires a confirmed prior appointment;
it includes only the initial consultation or basic clinical examination;
it does not include diagnostic tests, vaccinations, medication, treatments, surgery, dental procedures or emergencies;
it does not apply to emergency veterinary care;
it cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless expressly stated;
MYVET Marbella may update, limit or withdraw the offer in accordance with the information published on the website or communicated to users.
Any additional services, tests, procedures, medication or treatment recommended during or after the consultation may be subject to separate fees and prior acceptance by the pet owner.

The services described on this website are provided for informational purposes.
Service descriptions may be updated, expanded, limited or modified as the clinic opening progresses and as the Clinic develops its veterinary activity.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices, estimates, offers or promotions published on the website are indicative and may be subject to confirmation, availability, clinical assessment and applicable conditions.

9. No emergency service guarantee
Unless expressly stated and confirmed by MYVET Marbella, the website does not constitute an offer of 24-hour emergency veterinary services.
The Free First Consultation does not apply to emergencies.
If your pet requires urgent or emergency care, you should contact an emergency veterinary service or the nearest available veterinary centre without delay.

Users agree to use the website lawfully, responsibly and in good faith.
